Moving in the Right Direction
Sometimes it feels like everyone around us is moving at hyper speed toward their goals and we are stuck in cement, or worse, moving backward. It is easy to feel less than or stuck or behind in this culture that moves at the speed of the feed. But, there is a good chance our perspective may be blurred in comparing ourselves to others.
Each day will not yield a breakthrough, a funding round closed, a debt paid off, etc. The big picture is hard to see when we feel that we aren’t gaining traction, but this is where the hard work is done.
It takes patience, grit, focus, integrity, and perspective.
The best you can do is to give your best in each moment. If you give your all in your relationships, your work and your self-investment, chances are that you are moving in the right direction.
Go get ‘em,
